1. BINCO HISTORY OF FORMATION

    Bao Chung International Education Company (BINCO) formerly known as Bao Chung Professional Consulting and Translation Company Limited – one of the leading companies in Vietnam engaged in overseas study services sector. Since its establishment in 2009, “Du học BINCO/Study abroad with BINCO” has become a prestigious brand name where many students and their parents have put their faith in and wish to have a long-term cooperation.

2. BINCO’S AREAS OF PRESENCE

    After years of operation, currently BINCO has 03 offices in following cities and provinces:

- Head Office (in Hanoi): at No. 148 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi – a 6-storey building which is the place for consulting, holding seminars and organizing languages training classes including: English, South Korean, Japanese for those students who intend to study abroad.

- Representative office in Hai Duong at 81A Phan Dinh Phung, Cam Thuong ward, Hai Duong city.

- Representative office Bac Ninh: Quang Bo village, Quang Phu commune, Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh province.

- Besides, BINCO has student recruitment representatives in Hai Phong and Ha Nam.

3. BINCO’S MAJOR MARKETS AND PARTNERS

BINCO’s currently official representative of hundreds of universities, colleges, vocational schools, high schools and language schools in different countries including: Australia, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, etc. BINCO provides students with a variety of choices for overseas study destinations, meeting the aspirations of all students with different demands for study destinations; thus, BINCO’s helped to bridge the gap in education between the Vietnam’s education and the world’s education, especially the Asia’s education.

4. BINCO’S AREAS OF OPERATION

a. Overseas study consultancy – which has been licensed by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training since 2009.

b. Foreign language training, which is for those students who intend to study abroad, including: English communication classes, IELTS and PTE tests preparation; Basic Japanese classes; Basic South Korean classes; Basic Chinese classes.

c. Visitor visa services for the parents who intend to visit their child/children who lives and studies abroad.

d. Translations of visa applications for travelling abroad as tourists, visitors or studying abroad as international students.

5. BINCO’S MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES AND TEACHERS

The Management team consists of 01 Director; 01 Deputy Director; 02 Managers based at the representative offices; 01 Recruitment Manager and 01 Training Manager. All managers wholeheartedly and devotedly contribute to the education.

Teachers have high qualifications with intensive expertise, of which 80% are university lecturers holding Masters or higher qualifications.

Employees consist of 08 full-time employees, including: 03 counselors and 05 staff in charge of application processing, of which 05 employees holds 02 bachelor degrees or more. BINCO’s counselors are regularly provided with training, always stay up-to-date to understandings about the education systems in different countries, admission requirements by the countries and visa requirements and procedures in different countries as well. They’re also regularly dispatched for intensive expertise and professional training. All counselors have been granted education consultancy certificates by embassies, consulates and multinational education groups through following training courses:

- Training course of “Understand your consumers behavior” held by Australian Education International AEI – Embassy of Australia.

- Training course of understanding about New Zealand’s education, held by New Zealand Education Organization – New Zealand’s Office of General Consulate and was awarded the Certificate of “New Zealand Specialist Agent”

- Certificate for the training course of overseas study consultancy profession granted by Hanoi Department of Education and Training

- Education Training Certificate awarded by ICEF – the International Education Organization.

- Leadership and management training certificate awarded by the British University Vietnam.

- Certificate for successful completion of training session of updates of overseas study in Australia, awarded by PIBT and Edith Cowan University.
 
6. BINCO’S REGULAR ACTIVITIES

- BINCO regularly organizes meeting, seminars with international schools to provide students with opportunities to connect with them and further get to know about the schools and countries to be chosen as their destination for study abroad.

- Organize pre-departure training for students to help them better adapt to the new life abroad.

- Cooperate with high schools, colleges, universities in the cities and provinces in Vietnam in advertising the information about overseas study and promote the student recruitment.

- Providing foreign language courses, and mock quick interviews to provide students with basic foreign language knowledge before studying abroad.

- Organize picnics for students to provide them opportunities to enhance language skills through talking to native speakers.

- Organize game shows, Gala year-end parties to create a fun playground, develop good team spirit, solidarity and sharings among students after class hours.

7. WHAT SUPPORT SERVICES CAN BINCO PROVIDE STUDENTS?

- Provision of counseling service for choosing schools, choosing courses suitable for specific students.

- Introduction of short-term, long-term overseas programs of study (summer camp, spring camp).

- Provision of counseling for completing financial documentation, meeting all requirements by the Embassies, Consulates of the countries.

- Provision of mock interviews, high successful visa rate.

- Provision of support for students in seeking full and partial scholarships.

- Set ting up foreign language classes to help students prepare themselves basic knowledge before departure for overseas study.

- Provision of free accommodation for those students who enroll in BINCO’s languages and register for BINCO’s visa documentation service.

- Booking flights tickets at preferential price for students.

- Supporting students in arranging accommodation, airport pickup services.

a. Expansion of the Company’s size: At time of formation, BINCO had only one office in Hanoi; however, the Company’s already opened further 02 offices in provinces of Bac Ninh and Hai Duong so far for purpose of better serving our clients’ demands.
